The base of building management theory and designing management model is the view of human nature. Every manager has his or her own attitude and hypothesis to the human nature and essence, then puts forward the corresponding management measures according to the viewpoints. The western scholars had mass reseaches in the management humantity, which have important influence to the management science development. As the social progress and developing of the management theory, people recognize that human resource is the first resouce of the enterprise, the competition between the enterprises virtually is the competition of the people with ability. The key to give full scope to the initiative of the people, realize the maximization and obtain the win-win of individual and enterprise is how the managers use the people, namely what the managers'view of people with ability usage is.This research take the enterprise managers of different types as the obiects, from the angle of human resource management, combine with human resource management, management psychology, organizational behavior to research the related problems of the manager's management humanity and view of people with ability usage, use literature analysis, structured interview and close questionnaire survey synthetically to investigate, collect and analyze the statistic data, then find that: our enterprise manager's management humanity including positive and negative; leadership style including authoritarian style, participative style and delegative style; characteristic of people with ability usage including self-control&enterprising, team working, self-determination&innovation, individual quality, professional skill and support superior. And according to the managers'gender, age, educational background, enterprise nature and manage level to do variance analysis and correlation test. At last aim at the research conclusion to make corresponding countermeasures.
