The quality of enterprise managers plays a crucial role in the existence and development of enterprises. Management humanity concept refers to the managers' knowledge and evaluation of the staffs in the managing activities. Management humanity concept that the managers hold has a direct impact on their management behavior. Therefore, the research of Management humanity concept contributes to the effective management of enterprises.At present, the research of Management humanity concept in our country is mostly qualitative analysis which is learnt from the Western management theory. As for the quantitative research, the achievement of it is relatively small, and the research content is homogeneous and lack depth. Therefore, this study based on the Western humanity hypothesis theory combined with domestic Management humanity theory, views the structure and status quo of Management humanity concept of Enterprise managers in our country, and the relation between it and Management pattern through questionnaires, open interviews and other methods.Through empirical analysis, the study arrived at the following conclusions:â‘ Management humanity concept of Enterprise managers is divided into first- level of 2 factors and second-level of 10 factors. First-level of 2 factors are: person of complexity and person of interest. Person of complexity includes seven second-level factors: complexity of the need, effectiveness of the rewards and punishments, job competence, group behaviour, initiative of the attitude, flexibility of management right and interpersonal influence. Person of interest includes three second-level factors: interest drive, evade of responsibility, dependence of incentive.â‘¡Chinese enterprise managers tend to agree that the whole staff is person of complexity.â‘¢Different types of enterprise managers have different specific dimensions of Management humanity concept .For example, interest drive, job competence and dependence of incentive are significantly or extremely significantly different according to the gender of Enterprise managers. And effectiveness of the rewards and punishments vary significantly according to the age of Enterprise managers. Enterprise managers and the staff vary in Management humanity concept, including complexity of the need, effectiveness of the rewards and punishments and other 3 dimensions. â‘£There is extremely significant positive correlation between Management humanity concept and Management pattern of Enterprise managers. There is significant or extremely significant positive correlation between the dimensions of person of interest and strict management .And there is also significant or extremely significant positive correlation between the dimensions of Management humanity concept and human-centered management. Among all the dimensions of Management humanity concept, interest drive has the most powerful predictive effect on strict management; effectiveness of the rewards and punishments and flexibility of management right have relatively most powerful predictive effect on human-centered management.On the basis of above findings, this study proposes to recognize correctly the particularity of Management humanity concept of Enterprise managers in our country and the relation between Management humanity concept and Management pattern. and to estabilish scientific concept of humanity management. It also puts forward concern about the difference of Management humanity concept according to types of Enterprise managers and other relevant discussions and suggestions.
