A Research On The State And Development Of Informatization Supervision In China

In the traditional engineering projects, such as architectural industry, etc., supervision has been widely used as a project quality control method. With the rapid development of information technology, informatization has embraced the whole world and has touched every corner of people's life. Informatization is being constructed prosperously. However, there has occurred during the construction many 'diseases' leading to lots of unexpected failure of the operation of projects, the reason of which is the lack of control in information construction and of supervising management system. Under this circumstance, the informatization supervision came into being. In our country, informatization supervision is only at its early phase of development, the supervision market is rather in disorder, and the whole industry is not systemized enough. These have all prevented the informatization supervision industry from developing in a healthy way. Under this condition is this article raised, considered and completed.The article contains six sections. The first section is to introduce the theory and practical significance of the research, compare and analyze the current situation of the informatization supervision from domestic and overseas, and finally form the composing scenario and main contents of this article. The second section begins with the definition of informatization and informatization supervision, then orientates the position of informatization supervision from the industry's point of view. The third section analyzes the necessity of the creation of informatization supervision, and presents the development of the informatization supervision based on the real situation of our country. The forth section is the analysis on the current situation and the main existing problems during the development of our informatization supervision industry from the respective dimension of the whole industry situation, the market and the regulations. The fifth section brings the countermeasures against the problems, that is, enhancing the industry construction, systemizing the informatization . supervision market, exerting the function of the government and the industry association, enhancing the policy and rule. Through these measures, a model of synthetic supervision pricing investigating the supervision payment mode is set up;besides, a model on the constitutive layers of our country's informatization supervision structure is also established. The sixth section looks forward to the prospect of the country's informatization supervision industry.
