The Research On The Present Situation And Countermeasure Of The Informatization Construction Of Anhui Province

Since the1900s, with the rapid development of information technology, thecontinuing expanding of the information industry and the widely spread ofinformation network, informatization has been an prominent feature of the globaleconomic and social development. The global informatization is triggering aprofound change of the present-day world and reshaping the new pattern of world’spolitical, economic, social, cultural and military. It has been a world commonchoice that to speed up the development of the information industry. Chinesegovernment now has established the great goal that to drive industrialization withinformatization and put forward the target to permeate the informatization intoeach field of social development at all levels. These measures have fullydemonstrated the high attention of the informatization construction our governmenthas paid.During the period of China’s performance of the12-th Five-Year Plan, ourgovernment should develop informatization industry and accelerate the fusion ofindustrialization and informatization, it’s also an opportunity for Anhui toaccelerate its pace of economic development and struggle for rapid economicgrowth and realize the great-leap-forward development in this critical period.Although the level of Anhui informatization construction has been improvedsignificantly during the period of the11th Five-Year Plan, some problems stillexist. So we need to solve these problems during the period of the12th Five-YearPlan, therefor, Anhui’s informatization construction can be advanced orderly andhealthily.This article is based on the subject of The research on several key problems ofAnhui informatization construction during the12th Five-Year Plan from AnhuiEconomic and Information Committee. Base on a large amount of network researchand use the method of comparative analysis to find out the problems in Anhuiinformatization construction. Use the SWOT method to analyse theadvantages,disadvantages, opportunities and threats, and propose thecountermeasures and measures of Anhui informatization construction with target. This article is aimed at making policies for Anhui Economic and InformationCommittee and some departments of the government, and provide referenceinformation for promoting the informatization construction of Anhui Province.
