Research On Resources Integration Of Industry Cooperation Of PPRD

Industry is the main support of the economic growth, and it is also play the dominant role in the economic structure. So the industry cooperation of PPRD is the important part of the cooperation of PPRD, and it is the way to probe PPRD how to go on the road of the new-type industrialization and regional harmonious development. There can be no doubt that industry cooperation and development must be rely on resources, but the traditional industrialization has brought huge damage and waste on the resources ,and it is unfit for our national condition for example ,average people resources scarcity ,capital scarcity and abundant labor resources. So the industry cooperation of PPRD must be base on the present situation of resources and the ideas of the new-type industrialization, integrating the resources and choosing the development mode of regional industry cooperation.Firstly, this paper explain that the theory of the regional cooperation, and the rule of evolution of resources levels following the technology advanced ,also from the development point of view to analyze the variety of attachment relation of industry cooperation on resources, then studying the influence of the transformation of dominant resources to the industry cooperation and development ,this prove that it is necessary to integrate resources during the progress of industry cooperation of PPRD ,and all provinces or domains in the PPRD should have different dominant resources. From the analysis of the flow and stock of PPRD resources, showing that the natural endowment and the comparative strength of resources in all provinces or domains, the present condition such as economic steps and the nature resources differentiation makes the industry cooperation of PPRD should rely on the resources integration.According to the differentiation and steps, this paper defines the contexts and the thinking clue of resources integration, at the same time emphasizes importance ofthe informationalization. Finally, there proposes some practical policy suggestions, such as the system innovation, common plan of the infrastructure construction, playing entrepreneur's role and so on, all these will make the progress of the resources integration of industry cooperation of PPRD, and will accelerate the new-type industrialization of PPRD.
