On The Optimization Of The Dispatching Management Mode Of Gansu Provincial Power Grid

Nowadays, innovation on power system is being deepened and scale of power grid is being expanded. The orientation and function of power grid distribution has been changed and the management mode of power grid distribution has been shifted from traditional produced-oriented mode to economy-oriented mode. This page deeply analyzes the internal and external environment of distribution management mode in Gansu Provincial Power Grid, and finds out that the distribution management mode and the risk management mode among the organization, client and the small hydroelectric stations are loose and coarse-grained, and the modes cannot satisfy the actual requirement. Some obvious and latent risks come from power plants and clients which give press to grid operating safely and steadily. The provincial power dispatcher of Gansu Grid feel passive in actual work. Based on the main principles of Operation Management and the good practices from other provincial power grid, the paper studies the strategy of optimizing the distribution management mode in Gansu Provincial Power Grid, and presents recommendations on optimizing the distribution management mode.
