It is vital to innovate the traditional industry by using the information technology in improving the economic benefit and the core competition for the enterprise. The government advocates industrializing which is driven by informationizing, and informationizing which is accelerated by the industrializing, constructing resource saving and being friendly to the environment society.Under such circumstances, in order to be notionally understood in a profound and correct way, the meaning and the main contents of informationizing in Chinese enterprises at present are explained in a simple way in this article.
