Information systems in power enterprises have been developed for decades. It is a good chance for power enterprises to boost the development and optimization of information systems by using the technology of information integration. However, problems in engineering practices are inevitable, which also force the power enterprises to develop.In this paper, deployment of the power information is analyzed. The key technologies like real-time status network and agent, specifications of information integration, as well as practical issues and corresponding solutions are also studied. The framework of SOA in power information integration is studied. Finally, security issues in power information integration systems including trust management within agent infrastructures and technology of intrusion tolerance are discussed. Major contributions of this paper include:1. Deployment scheme of power information especially in the domain of production control is studied, which is guided by the philosophy of information. Problems with the power information as well as corresponding solutions are discussed. Information exchanging architecture for the power enterprise based on technology of wide-area distributed collaboration is proposed. This architecture is proved to be effective by the theory of information life cycle management.2. To solve the problems which occur in the power information integration, an open platform of heterogeneous power information integration based on technology of agent is proposed. Characteristics of the mobile agent are utilized to enhance the flexibility of the system architecture. Problem with the CM data mapping is discussed to improve the capability of the information integration of the systems. Practices show that this platform is capable and effective.3. In order to solve the secure problem within the power information integration applications of mobile agent, from the trust management point of view, a trust management strategy for mobile agent based on reputation mechanism using theory of subjective logic is proposed. It is proved by the simulation results that, comparing with others, this strategy is more effective. Utilizing the conventional secure technologies, it can significantly boost the security and stability of power information integration system.4. For the aspect of engineering researches and maintenance, an SOA based architecture of application integration in power enterprises is proposed. In this architecture, utilizing the research results of grid status communication, the service bus is divided into three parts of production control, production management and enterprise management in terms of business need for power system. Service orchestration and business process management are analyzed.5. Based on the situation of power information systems and the development of information integration technology nowadays, a secure architecture of information integration in power enterprise based on technology of multi-level distributed intrusion tolerance is proposed. Distributed technology of intrusion tolerance is used to defend the distributed attacks in power information integration systems, in which requirements of computation capability and resource controllability are fulfilled. Details of the proposed architecture, key technologies and implementation are discussed.
