Research On Competence Of China Leader-Construction Enterprise

The construction industry is an important pillar in the national economic and social development. It is the carrying industry of government adjusts and controls Economy. In the third part, the author uses the new data, and adopts the system of China construction enterprise Competence above, having made a complete study about the leading enterprises' Competence of Chinese construction industry, such as CREC,CRCC and CSCEC, etc. Then, marked with international construction leading enterprise, the author analyses the weakness of Chinese leading construction enterprise in Competence.In the fourth part, the author makes a special analysis about the condition of Chinese railway engineering corporation's Competence, whose corporation is the first one in Chinese construction industry, and makes research on the related strategy to promote the Competence of CREC, including a series of viewpoints and suggestions.
