A Logical Study On The Construction Of Management Theory Based On Chinese Leading Enterprise Practice

Since the 1980 s,the Chinese economy developed vigorously,followed by complicated enterprise survival environment,and constantly have new all kinds of management issues.But at this point,the western management theory has not carried out on the problems faced in the enterprise management and reasonable description and interpretation,thus enterprise practitioners and related management researchers have to focus on this problem,also had to be involved in the new practice proposition of the research,try to innovate the management theory,to guide the further growth of China's enterprises.Nowadays,more and more scholars and practitioners,based on the concrete practice of the enterprise,in the practice of the enterprise management analyzed problems,and attempt to find the breakthrough point of the theoretical innovation,some have managed to find the breakthrough point,and expand the related research,which also has formed some new management theory.But at the same time,there is another kind of situation,that is,some enterprises enterprise practitioners or some scholars don't know how to applied to the practical experience,not to mention to rise to the theoretical level.This paper selects the obvious leading enterprise features of Haier and HUAWEI as a case study,based on the relationship of management theory and management practice,theory value and practice of leading enterprise practice oriented management research,construction of related theory research and related literature review,we found that management practice is the source of management theory,the practice of leading enterprise also has its theoretical value,but the experience summary sublimation to theory,now did not have a set of effective system of logic do guidance,so this paper tries to construct a set of this logic,it can not only enrich management theory system,and also can in turn guide the enterprise management practice,enhance the management level and competitiveness of Chinese enterprises.This paper emphasizes the grounded theory method of data collection and dominating analysis of continuous interaction,on the base of theory,research process from the perspective of constructivism theory related theory of Haier and HUAWEI.The final analysis was the 100 basic concepts,further categorization into 20 categories,further decoding for the practice of perception,proposition induction,inspection upgrade,and prototype form 4 main categories and spiral practice embedded in the core category.The core category shows that researchers in their own practice as the basis for theory construction,repeated volatility to improve with experience,which each update is on the basis of a present upgrade and progress.Then this paper puts forward some suggestions and suggestions for future researchers and enterprises in applying the logical framework constructed in this paper.
