With the rapid development of the real estate of our country, the market competition is fiercer and fiercer. TM Limited Company, a large-scale real estate developing company in Xi'an, is in the high-speed development period of business of the real estate at present. The research focuses on whether the enterprises could adapt to the environment and defeat the rival and keep the absolute predominance in the fierce real estate market competition.Based on the theoretic research, firstly, PEST analytic approach, five kinds of competition strength models and external key elements of Porter's appraised matrix (EFE) are used to analyze and appraise the macroscopical environment, industry environment, competition situation and competitive strategy of the Limited Company of TM. Secondly, this research uses internal key element appraise matrix to carry on a comprehensive appraisal to the internal environment of Limited Company, pointing out that there are both the advantages and the existing inferior position. Thirdly, Based on the analysis of inside and outside environmental, the research makes a reservation to TM development of Limited Company. Thought SWOT analysis model and using the quantitative program evaluation matrix (QSPM) to analyze the competitive strategy, the research points out that the company should view difference strategy as the core, goal gathering strategy as the competition strategy.
