China's reform and opening up has been more than 40 years since the 1980s.China's real estate market has been continuously developed under the guidance of the original welfare housing system.In this short 40 years,China's real estate industry has become the leader of the national economy.The industry has reached a certain scale and has played a pivotal role in China's national economy.The residential real estate industry has developed to such a scale in such a short period of time,and its development speed will inevitably lead to a certain degree of problems in the development quality,such as capital market austerity,adjustment of national policies,and imbalance of supply relations.These problems have forced many real estate companies to fail.Keep up with the new real estate development situation and be eliminated.Moreover,with the continuous development of China's economy,the competitive environment of the residential real estate industry will become more and more bad.Therefore,how the residential real estate enterprises grasp their own strategic management methods in the ups and downs is crucial for occupying a place in the industry.The role.Therefore,under the current general situation of China's real estate industry,it is of great significance to study the competitive strategy of the residential real estate industry.This paper studies the location of the company's residential real estate business in the entire residential real estate industry and the advantages and disadvantages of the current development by studying the high-speed real estate company in Shandong.At the same time,it proposes the strategic decision suitable for the enterprise to promote the future competitiveness of the enterprise.To enable the company to continue to develop steadily.The author hopes that the real estate company as an example,for the same type of residential real estate enterprises to develop a competitive development strategy that meets their own characteristics and can keep up with the national real estate development situation,so that the residential real estate industry can become prosperous and prosperous.Based on the theory of strategic management,this paper selects the residential real estate business of Shandong Hi-speed Real Estate Group as the research object,and studies its competitive strategy from the current operating conditions and management strategies of the group.In order to facilitate better analysis,a variety of tools are used to establish strategic models and theoretical analysis.The tools are mainly EFE,QSPM matrix analysis tools,SWOT,IFE,five competitive quantity models,PEST,etc.,using these tools to the company as a whole.Analyze the environment and the current development status,grasp the difficulties encountered by the company and the development opportunities that should be seized,and finally choose the total cost leadership strategy,and propose the implementation of the competition strategy from the aspects of cooperative development and optimization of products.The measures also adopted safeguard measures such as expanding financing channels,talent training strategies,and business improvement strategies in order to obtain core competitiveness.
