Since 1980's, great changes have been taking place in international bank and finance and monetary businesses. Driven by the liberalization of capital market, financial reform and new technology revolution of different countries, the financial control tends to be more flexible and the financial market globalize, thus causing a serious competition among the financial businesses throughout the world. China's no-performing financial asset market, with the four financial asset management companies as the main market participants is still a less-developed and imperfect capital market which needs further improvement and development.This thesis analyses and studies the investment of a very famous foreign investment bank in China's no-performing asset A and has made a further analysis of its investment risk control, Finally, it also expounds the foreign capital's advantages and disadvantages, risk and risk-prevention in China's no-performing asset market.From the unique perspective, the author of this thesis uses a practical case to analyze the investment and risk control of foreign investment company investing in China's no-performing finical asset. Under such investment, the investor is more unique and due to its uniqueness, its investment and risk control methods takes on different characteristics . Based on these characteristics , this thesis also analyses the operating-mode of foreign investment company's investing in China's no-performing financial asset and summarizes the gains and loss of its investment and finally puts forward some new constructive suggestions.
