In the 20th eighties the America has entered into the knowledge economic society .The IT trade is very important . E-Commerce is very important to the economic growth, E-Commerce is different from the classical business model in that it helps enterprises to explore a new way full of challenges and obstackles to success. Because the Chinese economic get stronger and stronger, so E-Commerce will play a more and more important role .Alibaba , maimaiwang and huicong are the best e-commerical companise in China and even in the world. So this paper is based on maimaiwang, Alibaba and huicong to study the BtoB trade. Because of the big potential market , the whole paper is to answer the question: how can we possess the more market.In this paper, the author researches and then summarizes e-commerical models and development. Major content of the paper includes: the new developed business models under IT technology change; introduction to e-business model and development; Of Alibaba, maimaiwang and huicong , analysing the enterprise business model, positioning, product, services. Finally, through the PEST and trade analysis , the author holds adiscussion about the development strategy of Chinese enterprises in e-business, which includes promotion of qualification system, adjustment of the enterprise business position, advertisement and alliance.
