Research On Mechanism And Strategy Of Enterprises Taking And Transforming For Science And Technology Achievement

Along with the ever accelerating process of globalization in economy and science and technology, science and technology achievement transforming is receiving increasing attention from various circles,especially in business world.In order to participate in the competition more effectively,it has to accelerate the transforming of science and technology achievement,and promote new products,update new technology. In our country,however,certain areas of the high-tech research and application has made considerable achievements, in the field of market,the progress of high-tech research and development is still slow. Therefore,the establishment of the technology market to promote science and technology achievement transforming,and making science and technology achievements become productive forces,which become the primary objective of science and technology and economy development in our country.And science and technology achievements transforming into productive forces needs the active participation and investment of enterprises., promoting the combination of enterprise capital and technology effectively, and accelerating the devolopment of commercialization and industrialization of science and technology achievements,which has a large role in the development of enterprises and the whole economy.Since China's Reform and Opening, China's scientific research institutions have accumulated a large number of scientific and technological achievements,but achievements transformed and industrialized successfully are very few.There are the enterprise's own and environmental factors,including the depression of business demand, unsound mechanism, the high risk of achievements transforming and the uneven benefits distribution.In practice,The key factor of the cooperation that can't be practised effectivelly between enterprises and owner of achievement is the disaccord of distribution of benefits.This paper focuses on the benefits distribution in achievements transforming, and discusses the different modes of benefits distribution in different modes of achievements transforming,and makes a direct role in enterprise's investing in science and technology achievement transforming. Firstly, this paper gives clear definitions of scientific innovation,technological innovation, science and technology achievement, science and technology achievement transforming,and analyses the progress and operating mechanism of science and technology achievement transforming,and then presents the feasibility of using game theory to analyze the the strategy of interests distribution in science and technology achievement transforming.All of them lay a theoretical foundation for the following study.Secondly, this paper analyses the motivation of science and technology achievement transforming,and states several factors impacting science and technology achievement transforming,and proposes that the choice of transforming patterns and corresponding benefits distribution strategies is the key to the effective cooperations,then analyses four patterns of achievement transforming and their characteristics detailedly.Thirdly, the paper focuses on the ditribution of benefits in achievement transforming,and discusses how to choose a certain way to ditribute interest in a certain pattern of cooperation, then analyses the key question of"technical exchange price and interest distribution coefficient"through game model. Finally, the game model is applied to actual case studies,and by which the paper reaches a series of conclusions.
