Recently, as economy growing rapidly, citizen's income getting better and better, more and more households get ability to possess private car, the whole amount of the cars boost up. The public traffic faces huge press. On the contrary, because of investigation, resources, etc. the development of infrastructures can't get on with it, conflicts occur. Nowadays, the limitation of public traffic makes many cities in China facing traffic problems: car speed is getting low, more and more roads get jammed. The quality of the circumstance can't be improved at all.The traffic development experience of the overseas city shows that the car rent trade is an important part of the city traffic system. So developing the car rent trade is an effective resort to settle the traffic problems of the big city. The car rent trade is very important in improving on and enhancing the city traffic supplies system, perfecting its modernization function, making its traffic develop persistently.The paper is the first piece of dissertation, which considers the car rent trade as an unaided traffic service part and studies on how to develop network in the car rent trade of our country systemically. Based on the analysis of current situation of our car rent trade, using the successful experience of foreign car rent trade for reference, this dissertation mostly discuss the questions as follows:1. Analyzing the important significance in developing car rent trade in our country, the paper sets forth the theoretic of the car rent trade home and overseas.2. Based on the cognition of the car rent trade network, the paper introduces the development course of the foreign car rent trade and concludes the successful experience of the foreign car rent trade in developing network.3. The paper studies on the current of car rent trade through the interrelated codices and statutes and concludes its current in our country.4. Through analyzing the pertinence of car rent trade in our country, the paper analysis and forecasts the demands in developing network.5.
