Human resource(HR) is the most important resource in enterprises. As the core human resource, Managers play an important role in every companies. And making the availability and requirement forecast of managers is very important. As a result, I made a availability and requirement forecast of common managers of Enterprise A and finished this thesis based on a HR-Planning program which I had engaged in. I hope my study will help to the development of HR-Forecast.This thesis includes seven parts. Firstly, the foreword, which explains the purpose, significance,process,methods, and the frame of the thesis. Secondly, basic theory, which includes theories of HR-Strategy, HR-Planning, and HR-Forecast. Thirdly, HR-Description of Enterprise A, which makes an analysis on the basic infomation of employees of Enterprise A, such as age, gender, schooling, and so on. As a result, confirming the problems of HR-Planning and finding its causes. Fourthly, requirement forecast of common managers of Enterprise A. Fifthly, availability forecast of common managers of Enterprise A. Sixthly, the balance of availability and requirement of common managers of Enterprise A. Finally, summarizing the result of the research, and providing the direction of the further studies.To sum up, this thesis not only helps to the human resource management of Enterprise A, but also helps to the development of the theories of human resource planning. But it is only a preliminary attempt and need further studies...
