The business enterprise value is the core of corporate culture, whichplays decisive function in the development and the construction ofcorporate culture. The construction problem of business enterprise valuehas already become the important research topic of the fields of bothChinese and Foreign business circle and the business theories. The successor failure of the business enterprise value construction is related tothe existence and the development of the business enterprise directly,and to whether the business enterprise nowadays can occupy a place on theinternational economic stage. This text launches a profound research onthe business enterprise value from the important foundation of thebusiness enterprise value theories. In accordance with the outstandingproblems of the Chinese business enterprise value construction, learningfrom experience of the western business enterprise value construction,and scooping out the essence of the Chinese traditional value thought,the writer puts forward his superficial idea of setting up the Chinesebusiness enterprise value system, in hope of contributing to theconstruction of Chinese business enterprise value. The whole article isdivided into four main parts:Chapter One: Multi-dimensional Examination of the Value and theEssence of the Business Enterprise Value. This part begins with theelaboration of the experience borrowed from the United States, andJapanese business enterprise value, and the diversified meanings of thevalue. Then it goes on with the studies on the profit, truth, kindness,beauty, and saint, and on the outstanding characteristics of the value.The writer of this paper takes a brief view of the concept of businessenterprise value defined by the Chinese and Foreign theoretical circlesand puts forward his own viewpoint on the business enterprise valueconcept. In the last section of this part, the author carries on to examinethe essence of the business enterprise value from two angles, namely "whatthe value of the business enterprise lies in " and "what is valuable forthe business enterprise".Chapter Two: The corpus and objective structure and culturalcharacteristic of the business enterprise value. The objective structureof the business enterprise value is composed of Core value, basic value,target value, subsidiary value. The corpus structure of the businessenterprise value is divided into two different layers: the value ofenterprise entrepreneur and the value of the employees. Their positionand function in the construction of the business enterprise value areaccordingly not same. On the basis of the concept of value from theperspective of culture, the writer points out that the business enterprisevalue is a kind of core culture, era culture and system culture.Chapter Three: The Main Problems Existing in the Construction ofCurrent Business Enterprise Value. There are five main problems in thisprocess: The business enterprise concept of value lacks its own specialfeatures;The trustworthiness principle is neglected, so the sole purposeof the business enterprise is to pursue an economic profit;The humanisticbusiness enterprise concept of value is hard to come true;The upsettingof the business enterprise value lacks solid mass foundation;Under"cross-cultural" background, the construction of the business enterprisevalue will take a long way to achieve.Chapter Four: The Ideal construction of the Contemporary Chinese BusinessEnterprise Value System. This part carries on summarizing the history of the westernbusiness enterprise value in brief, and carries out certain research on the Chinesetraditional concept of value. Owing to the unsolved problems in the construction ofthe business enterprise value, the writer puts forward his own humble opinion on theconstruction of the Chinese business enterprise value system, namely the businessenterprise should set up right social value, green value, the ethics value andbeauty-appreciating value.
