The Research On The Coordinated Development Of The Structure And The Layout Of New High-Tech Industry In Shandong Peninsular Urban Agglomeration

The new high-tech industry is the most potential point of economic increasein era of knowledge-driven economy, so the domestic conditional province and city all regarddeveloping the new high-tech industry as the strategic emphasis of accelerating this provinceeconomic development. The foundation of Shandong new high-tech industry is good, Fivenational-level and four provincial new high-tech industrial development sections have formed,with top speed every year in industrial output and scale, cities in the peninsular have closelinks in economy each other, with more extensive in touch to the outside, so that the conditionis ripe for building new high-tech industrial zone. Provincial government of Provincial Partycommittee have regard building the new high-tech industrial zone of Shandong peninsular asa major issue of the work at present.Taking the Shandong peninsular urban agglomeration as a typical area, this articleresearches the structure and the layout of new high-tech industry. Based on the thought ofsustainable development, coordinated the development of new high-tech industry and theconstruction of urban agglomeration, proceeding from desalinating the concept of the area andthe administration, this thesis researches the region characteristic and determines the leadingindustry of each city. As the final achievement, it is hoped that this article can offer referencesfor the construction of Shandong new high-tech industrial zone, so that it can realizeresources sharing and healthy competition. The thesis is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction. In this part, the background, meaning, and domestic andinternational research status quo of the research are summarized, and the basic ways ofthinking, innovation point and the key problems to be solved are pointed out.The second part is theory basis. At first, it introduces the related concept of the newhigh-tech industry, analyses the different definitions in and out the country;it also gives someopinions on the meaning of new high-tech industry. Then it introduces the theory ofsustainable development and elaborates the function of the new high-tech industry on thesustainable development of the Shandong peninsular.The third part is the research foundations. It analyses the structure and the layout of newhigh-tech industry in Shandong peninsular urban agglomeration;it also researches thequestions on the structure and the layout so it can lay the foundations for the furtherresearches.The forth part and the fifth part are the keys of this thesis. The forth part analyses theconditions and the backgrounds on developing the new high-tech industry, and gives thestrategic mentalities to choose the leading industries of new high-tech industry in Shandongpeninsular urban agglomeration. According to the questions on the layout of the newhigh-tech industry in Shandong peninsular, the fifth part proposes the thought and the frameon coordinating the layout of the new high-tech industry.The sixth part is strategies. Based on the present situations of the new high-tech industryin Shandong peninsular urban agglomeration, some constructive development strategiccountermeasures are put forward;so it can leading the industry develops in a healthier andfaster way.
