Financial Ecology And The Development Of The North-east Of China

"Financial ecology" This new concept was talked the first time by the Governor of thePeople's Bank of China Zhou Xiao chuan in November 2004. In "Economics Forum of 50people", his report's Title was "perfect legal system, and improve the financial ecological".This concept gives us a new perspective to study the relationship between the financial andeconomic. This new perspective and new inspection method have significance to the nationalpolicy of ongoing revitalization of the old industrial bases in northeast of China.The purpose of this paper is the adoption of the concept and content of financialecological, furthermore, on the basis of financial ecological perspective studied in-depth inthe old industrial bases in northeast of China's financial ecological status and make a rationalanalysis to identify the ecological problems facing the north-east financial, and funded thedeep-seated causes of these problems. In response to these problems, the paper gave specificsolutions according to the financial ecological perspective.The research paper presented financial ecological concepts and connotations. Throughthe economy and the financial situation, the paper did empirical analysis to the north-east, andcompared with the provinces of the economically developed areas in the southeast of China.Focus revealed northeast ecological status and financial issues, and conducted in-depthanalyses of the causes. Then the paper gave the specific strategy of the building andimproving the financial ecological of northeast. In the financial environment level, the paperproposed that the old industrial bases establish the special funds for the reform of state-ownedenterprises, establish of the credit system, and speed up industrial restructuring. In thefinancial structure level, the paper proposed that the old industrial bases increase financialinstitutions type , quantity, establish a regional financial market and help financialinstitutions deal with the bad assets.
