The Capitalization Study On The Tourism Resources Of Karst Caves

Tourism resources are the material basis and precondition for the development of tourism industry. The capitalization study on tourism resource intends to help manage scientifically these resources, which is of important meaning to sustainable use of the tourism resources in China.The article discoursed upon the necessity, importance and feasibility of tourism resource capitalization based on the concept of sustainable development, animadverting on the idea that resources are unquantifiable.After analyzing the differentiations and relation between the market value and the capitalization of tourism resources, it gave out the definitions of tourism resources capitalization in both broad and narrow sense, and constructed the tourism resources set of value and method systems of tourism resources capitalization. Later, it made the capitalization study specialized in the tourism resources of karst caves, and listed the features and influential factors in value, based on the analysis on such resources; it also constructed a typical mode and a special one, and made an empirical research with the typical mode on capitalization of the Dragon Palace in Anshun.
