With the evolution in knowledge economy era,and under the historical condition of China's new normal of economic development,human capital has become an increasingly important factor to influence firm performance and core competitiveness.Business managers are continuously hunting for new methods in order to enhance stock and increment of human capital.Managers of Xinyulou Market,a market founded in 1984,have early started an attempt on “labor-shareholding system”,and in 2002,came up with a proposal of“currency-capital-dependent-to-human-capital” shareholding allocation which was written into the articles of the company.The fundamental situation about human resources administration of Xinyulou Market is presented in this paper,from an angel of practice in human resources capitalization in this market.Based on these states,questions about human resources capitalization of Xinyulou are raised and then investigated.Relative recommendations are proposed at last.The research becomes more practical through analyzing detailed cases,combined with literature inquiries and spot investigation.A boost in performance of Xinyulou Market can be achieved through building a human capital system with coordination in risk and profit and an incentive mechanism with relative equity,while the reference function is expected on establishing human resources capitalization for other corporations.
