Research On Supermarket Supplying System Of The Fresh Agricultural Product And Its Supplier

With the rapid development of China's economy, supermarket has been made a great development, becoming one of the main commodity selling channels. At the same time, Chinese people are getting more rich and their consume idea was changed remarkably. Nowadays, people pay attention more foods quality than its quantity. The main trait of supermarket is the high quality, which make supermarket becoming the main selling channel of quality agricultural product. The rapid development of supermarket has a great effect on China's agriculture sector, especially for farm household economy: firstly, to make agricultural product into supermarket, fanners have to cultivate the high quality consciousness;secondly, it is useful to perfect agricultural structure;thirdly, farming can be involved in the plan of supermarket system;fourthly, it is necessary for agricultural product to enhance competition strength.The stocking system of supermarket for fresh agricultural product has developed from the first simple wholesale market to all kinds of stocking system. The supplier, as a chain between supermarket and farmer household, has made a great contribution to the development of the stocking system of supermarket for fresh agricultural product. According to hard working of supplier, the efficient selling channel for fresh agricultural product has been constructed and supermarket gets the guarantee to get lots of agricultural product with high-quality and low price. However, supplier also faced some bottle-necks during their developing. These bottle-necks includes: (1) infect market circumstance leading to unfair competition;(2)lacking of guild to protect the benefit of supplier;(3)lacking of calling regulation to regulate suppliers' activities;(4)many of supplier no paying attention their own perfect.Our study made the conclusion that the follow policies should be carried out to fix up the problems supplier are facing up: making the supermarket stocking system standardization;setting up the supplier guild and providing the good financing circumstance.
