Under the situation that economic globalization and the regional economic integration, financial activities contact in all countries are more close, displaying the trend of the financial globalization and financial regionalization. The official launching of the European Monetary Union, provide the successful experience of the financial regional fulfillment, make the East Asian countries come in sight of the financial and monetary cooperation in promoting regional economic development role; The profound lesson of East Asia financial crisis maked all countries in East Asia are aware of the urgency of regional financial cooperation. As the most dynamic and the economic strength of East Asia, China, Japan, South Korea should keep with this trend within the regional financial cooperation, and promote the economic integration process.This paper based with theories of the international economic integrality and the theory of Optimal Currency areas, analyzed the necessity and the feasibility of the financial cooperation in China, Japan, and South Korea, elaborated the process of the financial cooperation in China, Japan, and South Korea, pointed out the mistake and the existent problems of the financial cooperation. In the end, put forward the basic ideas and measures of financial cooperation in China, Japan, and South Korea.This paper is divided into four parts.
