Modern science technique is fiercely developing nowadays .Along with the economic globalization and the impact of knowledge-based economy, the high-tech enterprise with the core character of continuous creation has already become the main pillar of knowledge-based economy and plays a more and more important role in the development of national economy. The high efficient knowledge employee is one of the most important foundation resources that the high-tech enterprise relies for existence. Therefore, how to build up a compensation mechanism to attract, motivate and retain the knowledge employee has become the key factor that makes the high-tech enterprise remain invincible in the knowledge-based economy.Currently, the compensation management of most domestic high-tech enterprises can't adapt the variety of the current environment and the overwhelming majority enterprises still adopt the compensation management principle of the traditional enterprise. This results in the compensation motivation of high-tech enterprise lacking the inner part and the exterior equity. In order to strengthen a core competency, the high-tech enterprise has to build up a set of scientific compensation motivation system according to the industry characteristics and employee's characteristics of itself to attract, motivate and retain the talented person really.Due to the development time of the high-tech enterprise in our country is shorter and its industry characteristics and employee's characteristics is different from that in the traditional enterprise, it is necessary to carry on a research about the particularity of the compensation motivation in the high-tech enterprise of our country and it has the certain theories meaning and realistic meaning.In inquiring into the particularity of the compensation motivation in the high-tech enterprise of our country, this text commence from the particularity of high-tech enterprise and its knowledge employee distinguishing from the traditional enterprise first.
