The State-owned enterprise is the important form in Chinese country economy, many people also pay more attention to the question of State-owned enterprises strypped-down in theory and practice. With the development of the society, the function of establishing modern enterprise system is fully understood.This paper combines the theory of post analysis and salary management in human resource management, analyzes the post management situation and salary design, and finds the particularity of them, then researches the profundity cause. By applying the AHP and optimize method theory, a model to evaluate the enterprise's post have been constructed, and the model is applied to evaluate the technology class post of Jianghang Company , which validates the accuracy of the findings and the feasibility of the model. All of these information come from the contest engage of strypped-down of Jianghang Company. The paper wanted to give some positive reference to other state-owned enterprises, which can help to make the rational post analysis and setting, construct rational salary system, improve the management, build the Modern Enterprise System and then improve the competition ability.
