Solving The "Three Rural" Problems Constructing Harmonious Society

Constructing socialistic harmonious society is the strategic aim put forward in the SixteenthNational Congress of the Communist Party of China. At present, during the development ofeconomy, there are many disharmonious phenomena existing between human and nature, humanand society, and among humans. Of all these disharmonious phenomena, the disharmony betweenurban and rural development is an important aspect, which shows centrally in the "three rural"problems. The existence of the three rural problems holds back the construction of socialisticharmonious society. My thesis expounds the importance of solving the "three rural" problems toconstructing the socialistic harmonious society briefly and analyses the present situation,background and forming reasons of the "three rural" problems. On the basement, standing at thepoint of constructing socialistic harmonious society, 1 worked out the basic ways to solving the"three rural" problems.
