Sampling survey in quality and technical supervision refers that through supervising and examining the samples collected in the market or enterprise according to the technical standard, the state institution of quality and technical supervision determines if the quality of the products is up to the grade to adopt the forcible measures to make the enterprises to improve the quality of their products and meet the requirement of technical standard finally. Through the introduction research on the concept, current situation and problems of sampling survey, the thesis aims at further expounding the significance of sampling work in quality and technical supervision, and it also wants to attain the goal of providing consultation for better carrying out the work of quality and technical supervision.The thesis is divided into three parts, and they elaborate some basic questions on sampling survey work, the current situation including the achievements and existing problems of sampling survey work in quality and technical supervision of our country and the strategies of how to improve the sampling survey - work level on quality and technical supervision in our country respectively.The first part clarifies the basic questions about sampling survey in work of quality and technical supervision.The first one is the concept of sampling survey. It collects some individual products form the whole at random in accordance with scientific principle and calculation and testifies the quantification index concerning quality property of individual product to get a group of data.
