The development of E-marketing has supplied the Real Estate Corporations with a new running sky, and it has had an effect not only on the enterprise's marketing, but also changes people's development pattern, management pattern, marketing pattern and life style in a deeper level. The enlargement of the network marketing is all a kind of challenge to management idea and marketing means .As a result, it is important to make the study on the E-marketing of the Real Estate Corporations.The advantage of E-marketing has lain in shortening the distance of space between enterprises and consumers, and has realized the win-win between enterprises and consumers after meeting the new situation. Using the method of qualitative analysis and the quantitative investigation, this paper make some researches on the following aspects: The introduction part is mainly to explain why real estate enterprises will carry on E-marketing.Chapter one analyses the current status and deficiency of E-Marketing and E-marketing of Real Estate Corporations. It analyzes the external environment condition content of enterprise's E-marketing of real estate.Chapter two points out the basic process of enterprise's E-marketing of real estate. It includes two aspects: making E-marketing total strategy and constructing the network of marketing.The main content of chapter three is a method system of enterprise' s E-marketing of the real estate corporations. It analyses the network tool and basic tactics of marketing.Chapter four analyzing advantages and disadvantages of E-Marketing of Real Estate Corporations and putting forward the countermeasures of overcoming the disadvantages in E-Marketing.In chapter five the paper analyzing the process of E-Marketing of Real Estate Corporations and exemplify it.At last, the paper draws a conclusion that E-Marketing and Traditional Marketing should be developed at the same time.This dissertation attempts to carry through innovation from the...
