Network marketing of the real estate is the inheritance and development of traditional marketing, the business costs down, also facilitate the dialogue between enterprises and consumers, can make full use of multimedia functions, can be real-time service publication, dispel estrangement consumers between regions, changes in real estate enterprise marketing idea, to the real estate enterprise image is a damage. Network marketing is the real estate industry has been locked bullish, they hope the effective use of Internet promotion. Real estate enterprises to enhance their competitiveness, hope from the Internet find development opportunities and challenges, look for opportunity, it is necessary to put an important tool for network marketing mode as the enterprise marketing. Therefore, to explore the real estate network marketing mode has active significance.This text mainly adopts daily research approaches of management such as theoretical research, comparative study and case research, etc...There are5subsections. The first is introduction, describe the main questions, analysis the main content and the research train of thought. Analysis of the background and significance of this article, and elaborates the present research situation at home and abroad, and then the research situation at home and abroad to look at the literature view, describes the research goal and method, as well as the main framework and content;The second chapter is a theory support of this paper, which analysis the idea of internet marketing and the theory basis of real estate internet marketing. The third chapter analysis the status of the real estate marketing, and introduce website’s network marketing mode of the real estate. The forth chapter which based on the introduction and analysis of the application of networked marketing in Jixiangyuan engineering, a kind of network structure of networked house sailing system of Jixiangyuan engineering are presented. The last section is the summary of the article. We draw conclusions as follows:Firstly, Combine with Chinese practice in recent years, Jixiangyuan carry out feasibility research on network tailor, network stock, client network and community information.
