The Study On The Problems Of Industrial Acceptance In The Course Of Industrialization Of Ganzhou City

Industry transfer is an economic process in which certain industries transfer from a region or nation to another due to the changes of conditions such as the supply of resources and the demands of products. While industry acceptance is an economic phenomenon based on industry transfer.Based on the relevant theories of industry transfer and having industry acceptance problems during the industrialized process of Ganzhou as its main thread, this thesis use some real cases to illustrate how to carry on the industry acceptance in the low developed areas. According to its contents, this thesis can be divided into five parts.The first part analyzes industry transfer and industry acceptance in theory. Through the theory of the regional industry transfer, this part discloses the theoretical background of the study of industry acceptance and introduces the current situation of the regional industry transfer and acceptance of our country.The second part elaborates the level and course of industrialization of Ganzhou. And analyzes its current situation of industry acceptance, therefore, proves that industry acceptance is the inevitable choice of Ganzhou's industrialization; it also analyzes the feasibility of the industry transfer from the peripheral regions from the angle of the international industrial transfer, the industry upgrading of the coastal developed regions, and the regional division of labor.The third part analyzes and compares the advantages and disadvantages of the industry acceptance of Ganzhou, elaborating the advantages from its geographic position, costs of products, ecological environment, humanity and markets etc., and the restriction factors such as economic foundation, market-based degree, industrial structure, enterprises' competitiveness, technological innovation ability etc.The fourth part, according to the universal law of industry transfer, the principle of being scientific, appropriate and dynamic, and based on the systematic analysis of the three modes which is worth drawing lessons from: Eastern Asian mode, Pearl trigonometry mode and Suzhou mode, designs the mode of the industry acceptance of Ganzhou.The fifth part is about some countermeasures of the industry acceptance of Ganzhou. First is to construct the conditions of the industry acceptance, i.e. the environmental construction: the stable and farsighted infrastructure, the fair market environment, the sincere and enterprising humane environment, the mature and steady political environment, and the honest and highly efficient government. Second is to design the industry acceptance of Ganzhou in a strategic way, sticking to the principle of scientific development, paying attention to improve the efficiency of the utilization of resources, building and constructing the characteristic industrial system, putting forward the overall industrial arrangement: the industry districts of four features, i.e. the metallurgy district, the red district, the green district, and the navel orange industrial district. Finally, the concrete countermeasures of industry acceptance are proposed.
