Methodological Study On Alternative Muster Construction And Preparatory Selection For AHP Decision Making

The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a multiple objective decision method in which quantitative analysis combines with qualitative analysis. The AHP can effectively analyze a non-sequence relationship between criteria and indexes and synthetically measure the judgment and comparisons of the decision makers. So it has a practical application in many realms. But at present it has many deficiencies to research the alternative muster of the AHP. On the setting of the AHP, the structure of the alternative gather is researched, and the new method is put forward to construct alternative gather, then the alternative gather is glancingly optimized. Finally the method in the paper is applied in practice.In all ages, decision-making is very important whether personal life or global business. And the understandings of decision are different because different person or different time. Commonly, decision-making is considered as making a choice to equal the problem, and as selecting an optimized alternative to carry out the goal. But when people do them, they should have enough prepared alternatives and information for decision makers to choice the optimization. So it is inevitable to hold the problem, the attained goal and the information of the traits of alternations. The decision level is nearly related to them. Consequently, decision is including finding problem, setting goal and constructing alternatives. The whole process is divided into four stages, and they orderly are selecting information, constructing alternatives, evaluating and selecting the optimization, and practicing it. This paper is just about the research in one of the important stages--constructing prepared alternative gather. Decision-making is a progress to find and resolve problems. And constructing alternatives is also a progress to seek many different approaches to resolve problem as one stage of it. Before this stage we should know about the structure of alternative, and how alternative is described. Then the further study about the method of constructing alternatives is carried on. And the paper is written down with that order.
