Research On The Service Quality Of Commercial Banks

Our country has already joined the WTO successfully, along with the foreign capital financing institution entering our country , the limitation of foreign capital bank's operation field and administration area of was continuous canceled. The competitive situation mutually along banks which have different economic structure and administration scale has already become quietly. Therefore, if want to be placed in the advantage in equal competition, our country commercial banks should imitate at the way of administration, species of administration and so on, and improve the administration management, service method, service attitude, service efficiency that traditional and behindhand.For long time, because of enslaved by the non-market economy system, our country commercial banks mainly plays the role of governor and executive of the currency funds. From the 90's of last century, our country commercial banks have started to wake up to the importance of service. The service quantity is the important contents and manifestations of modern banks'core competencies, modern commercial bank pursue providing high quantity service which is a new request that our country banking reform advanced to banks'administration and management. Providing the superior quality service to business enterprise and personal, and ensuring and satisfying the rights and interests of depositor and other customers enjoy the superior quality is the target of《The law of the People's Republic of China banking supervision and management》. Therefore, attaching importance to bank service quality and adopting science method to evaluate the service quality, and advancing bank service quality consequently are important contents of our country commercial bank reform, and are also the core contents of this paper.
