Degree Of Land Use Evaluation Study Of XiFeng Based On Coordination Degree Model

In view of the integrated nature of the land use system, and Synergetics inSystems Science and the degree of ordering of the system measured by coordination model inother disciplines. In this thesis, Xifeng, for example, combined with the actual situation of thestudy area, to improve Liu Jiyuan land use degree classification model, using improved landuse degree index model to determine the evaluation index system of coordination degree ofland use extent, then on the basis of determined the weigh in the variation coefficient method,under the coordination model to calculate the coordination degree of land use extent, the finalbasis for coordination degree evaluation system scale to quantitative analysis the effectivenessvalue of the index and the coordination degree of the rule layer and target layer.After research coordination degree of land use extent the results showed that:1)it ispossible to evaluate the coordination degree of land use extend system and the subsystems, butalso were to find the specific indicators and their actual level lead to the incompatibility of thesystem according to the efficiency values of single indicator;2)the coordination degree of landuse extend to achieve through six controllable indicators.3)from the time point of view, form1997to2007the coordination degree of land use extend of Xifeng towns and the West Streetoffices changes slightly, the overall upward level; from the space point of view, there aresignificant differences in the coordination degree of land use extend of Xifeng towns and the WestStreet offices;4)we should give full play to the initiative, according to the Xifeng landcharacteristics and Utilization, In accordance with the strategy requirements of the Xifengeconomic development, to scientifically formulate the overall land use planning, and strengthenthe leading role of the general land use planning, so that land use be better controlled and the landuse efficiency from quantitative increased to qualitative change.
