As the world population ageing as well as the increasing problem of the serious shortage of pension in many developed and developing countries,the new social old-age security system in many countries have been established and gradually perfecting themselves,in which the occupation pension occupy an important position. As a developing country, China's social pension insurance is a prominent issue, state basic pension insurance are also not fully resolved citizens "pension". And our ageing population pressures growing, narrow integrated social pension system coverage and the funding gaps are too large,so the single basic social pension system can not burden, we must build up a set of old-age security system with Chinese characteristics to adapt the market economy systemAfter more than 100 years of development, occupation pension as enterprises (units) supplementary pension insurance, has become an important component of the social security system in the developed countries and the mainstay of the national welfare in many countries. There is the serious plight of basic old-age insurance inside, the strong appeal pressure from World Bank outside, and the occupation pension experience and theoretical framework in other countries, our government should conform the world trend of the social security system development, so the occupation pension is imperative.The occupation pension should become the important part that cannot be neglected in the pension insurance. The health development of occupation pension can play a positive role not only for perfecting China's pension insurance system, but also to the harmonious labor relations, the development of the capital market.
