The industry cooperation of China,Japan and Korea is a realistic choice which can break the deadlock the economic integration. To ensure the direction of industry cooperation in the three countries, we need to clarify the property of the relationship in the industrial structure in the three countries. In recent years, "China's Threat" view and "China's Demand" view simultaneously appeared in both of Japan and Korea. It reflects that the relation of the industrial structure between the three countries is transiting from the complementation under the swallow model to the Coordinated competition. Only the thorough analysis on the property of the relationship in the industrial structure, and clarification on internal changes and latest trend of the integrity development mechanism can help us take effective measures to accelerate the industry cooperation development between three countries.Industry structure theory should become guides of action of industry levels. The main stream of this theory which was propounded by Occident experts is focus on the internal structure of one country and its the general evolution tendency. Combined with the Japanese national condition, Japanese experts carried on the development to the industrial structure theory by associating industry structure changes with the surrounding countries and the whole world. In recent years our country's industrial structure experts started from the industrial structure international characteristic to affection of structure connection interaction, has developed the industrial structure research angle and the method.
