With the development of communication and the intensifying competition among its operators, the construction of communication facilities becomes very crucial and important. So the sound arrangement of Project Schedule and the optimization of project to complete the project on schedule have been the most important goal for Project Manager. And Project-Schedule Management becomes more and more important.At first, this thesis sums up the character of communication engineering projects and the existent problem, compiles literature sum-up about Project-Schedule Management and Petri net theories. Secondly, this thesis uses Petri net theory to solve the problem of the schedule plan and control of communication engineering projects, and use the Petri Net to establish module system. Thirdly, this thesis researches the plan analyzing policies and the dynamic control mechanism, and establishes the schedule plan and control model of communication engineering projects based on Petri net. Finally, this thesis illustrates the instance of IDC(Internet Data Center) network construction project.According research, this thesis attains research production hereinafter.This thesis brings forward using Petri net theory to resolve the problem of the schedule plan and control of communication engineering projects, establishes module system. At first, this thesis finds the existent problem of communication engineering projects. By the method of analogy, this thesis analyses the relation of Project-Schedule Management and Petri net. Petri net theory can express the whole progress of project management in reason, which can be propitious to find and resole problem. Secondly, By the mapping of Petri net and traditional project management model(CPM\PERT),we can realize the schedule of projects and adjust project plan and control project schedule. At last, based on the communication engineering projects plan character and control mechanism, this thesis brings forward use Petri net theory to research the schedule plan and control of communication engineering projects, establishes module system.This thesis brings forward the plan analyzing policies and the dynamic control mechanism, establishes the schedule plan and control model of communication engineering projects based on Petri net. At first, this thesis analyses the character of communication engineering projects plan, brings up the modular analyzing policies, and establishes the schedule plan model of communication engineering projects. This thesis considers the pattern decomposed with the idea of modularization can constitute the compatible plan to communication engineering projects. At first, this thesis establishes the mapping of network plan model by Petri net, then analyses this model basing on the classified principle of Petri net. Finally, this thesis sets up the layered model based on Petri net. The layered model can be converted to network program, which verifies the method in-depth. At last, aiming at disperse character of communication engineering projects, this thesis puts forward establishing restraining mechanism of dynamic and layered, on the chance of realizing all-around intendance and control. This thesis brings forward the schedule control plan model of communication engineering projects, resolves the problem of feedback. Traditional project control exists the problem of delay and part, all-around control and restraining mechanism of dynamic and layered are indispensable. Task that projects are decomposed can be assembled locally, so the conflict between tasks can be resolved in some scope. This is amelioration to traditional project feedback, which breaks down big feedback to small feedback, reduces the delay of feedback and incarnates whole control.At last, by the instance of IDC network construction project, this thesis validates the schedule plan and control model of communication engineering projects based on Petri net theory.
