Currently, the enterprise behavior of losing credit such as fake commodity, contract cheating, falsely registering, debt evading, taxes evading, and smuggling are always happening in our market. The newborn market is encountering the credit crisis. The reasons for enterprises credit flaw are from all sides, the most important one is that the government control for enterprise credit is weak. Then how to strengthen the enterprise credit supervising and managing, optimize the market credit environment has been a research topic for public management.In the developed countries in Europe and America, there are two main modes for enterprise credit supervising and managing, one is market leadership and the other is government leadership. But according to the present environment in China, we can only choose the government leadership because the market economy is still raw, the legal system for enterprise credit supervising and managing is incomplete and the agency for the credit market supervising and managing is underdevelopment.Business administration, as fundamental mode for government enforces the law, supervises and manages the market, most of its functions have the attribute of enterprise credit supervising and managing. The Business Department, relying on its advantage and practice achievement of existing functions, institution and matter equipment, has established its basic position for the enterprise credit government control system.Based on the research aiming at strengthening business administration and accelerating enterprise credit supervising and managing, this thesis, according to the public Management theories, Economics theories and Gambling theories and based on the deep research and analysis of enterprise credit behavior and business administration supervision and management, brought forward the methods and strategies to complete the efficiency of business administration credit supervision and management.
