China Internet wide band market has undergone 5 years' trials and hardships. After the uproar in 2001, it calmed down almost into quiet in 2002. Finally in 2003, it came across an increase with avalanche effect through elimination and reorganization. However, while the Internet wide band business is developing supernormally, circles of the industry must clearly understand that while an emerging industry is developing exponentially, an "individual" on the industrial chain must be advanced in management and leading in technology and operate with special care, otherwise it will be soon eliminated through contest.As a leading communication operator of Internet wide band business in the province, the Jilin Province Communication Company is lucky to have developed in path the China Internet industry. By the end of 2001, it has completed the basic construction of wide band network all over the province, which was put onto the market in 2002. In 2003, it completed the scale development of wide band users by increasing 1373.33%. By the first quarter of 2005, the wide band users have reached 445,000, accounting for 90.26% of the Internet wide band market of the province.
