SME Financing System Development Under Dualism Of Japan And Enlightenment To China

Developing small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) is one of economic development stratagems of countries or regions. Since Reformation and Opening, SME in China has developed greatly, and become an important part of economy. How ever, bankroll bottle-neck keeps SME from further development. Japan successfully settle the problem of SME financing by building up a perfect SME financing system, which is significant of reference for China.From the viewpoint of economic dualism, this thesis analyzes the establishment and consummation of SME financing system and its contribution to the modernization of SMEs and eliminating the economic dualism. By probing into the inner logic relationship between SME financing system and economic dualism, proposes a SME financing system development pattern in the foundation of industrial organization structure in China.This thesis first elaborated the Japanese dualism problem after World War II, which means the phenomenon of coexists of minority modernized big enterprises and massive laggard pre-capitalism SMEs, from aspects of its connotation, history and concrete manifestation.And then analyzes Japan how to constructs the SME financing system based on the dualism, under the economic development strategy and the macroscopic policy of "Eliminating dualism" and" Realizing the Industrial Organization Promotion", to solves the SME financing problem.Thirdly, study the SME financing system how to promote the dualism elimination, and how the dualism elimination bring about the SME financing system changing, in order to prove intrinsic relationship between the SME financing system and the dualism.Further more, summarized the element of success and the intrinsic flaw of Japanese SME financing system, in which most important is the development pattern of SME financing system based on dualism.In this foundation, by analyzing the common ground between the SME development situation at present in China and the SME's in postwar Japan, and the character of industrial organization similar to the dualism, this paper propose that we must learn from experience of Japan, establish the SME financing system which meets our country's industrial organization structure, thus provides sufficient financial backing for the SMEs and promote the development of SMEs.
