In this study, the macrofungi collected from the alpine region of Tibet were made into aspecimen and have been identified, analyzed, classified, finaly determine the types of them.Flora diversity of the macrofugi was studied systematically. A sample database of information isestablished in this lab. The author collected more than580samples from June to September in2012and in2013from June to August in the alpine region for the research of Species diversity. This area is abundant in macrofungi species, which have a certain relationship with lessdestruction of ecological resources in this area. At the same time uniquealpine climate of theregion of large fungi also has certain correlation. According to morphological classification andalso referring to CABI Index Fungorum online database of species identification.(www.indexfungorum.org/Names/Names.asp),24species from3classes,4orders,10familise,20genera belong to Ascomycota and312species from3classes,15orders,44familise,140genera belong to Basidiomycota are made sure. The diversity catalogue of these species wasarranges according to Dictionary of Fungi (tenth edition,2008), and the voucher specimens weredeposited in the Herbarium of the Mycological Institude, Jilin Agricultural University(HMJAU).In the area, the index of species richness in decreasing order is Agaricaceae, Inocybaceae,Russulace, Tricholomataceae, Marasmiaceae, Mycenaceae, Strophariaceae, Hygrophoraceae,Polyporaceae. The results show that due to Bomi and Nyingchi`s high humidity and temperature, the amount of fungus occurs much higher than other regions of Tibet. The sparsely populatedareas of northern Tibet is drought, vegetation type single and low temperatures, so less theamount of fungus occurs. In conifer to medium and large Bomi and Nyingchi there is a greateramount of abundant species fungi. According to the experimental results, Tibet macrofungispecimen database is tried to be established. It Includes description of the morphology of thespecimens, the conventional micro structure, ITS sequence information, related field photos, longitude and latitude information, information input into the sample code.
