With the rapid development of the world economy, global demand for energy isgrowing wider. Natural gas、oil、coal and other non-renewable traditional energyexcessive consumption, led to serious environmental pollution, greenhouse effect andemerging haze phenomenon force people eager to find cheap、pollution-free、new、cleanand renewable energy. The earth’s surface area is510million km2, marine area is361.1million km2, which accounting for2/3of the earth surface area, and the proportion ofmarine area and land area is close to7:3.The sea not only provide water for human,shipping and abundant mineral resources, but also contains a huge amount of energy,and the ocean wave energy gets the world attention for it can be used as a new type ofenergy, no pollution, rich reserves and other significant advantages and hugeexploitation value.This dissertation based on the research for those key techniques such as remotemonitoring technology, communication technology, computer technology and dataprocessing technology, combined with the computer monitoring system characteristicssuch as: real-time,easy maintenance, automatic data acquisition and processing, andeasy human-computer interaction, considering the computer monitoring system todevelop conform to the actual environment monitoring system should be based on theparticularity of the monitoring, especially for the complicated environment conditions,long-term unattended in poor working conditions, need remote measure and control theterminal device data information. This paper is based on the operating systemWindows7, under the VB6.0(Visual Basic6.0) development environment,used theGPRS wireless communication technology, developed a set of ocean wave energypower generation remote monitoring system. (1)This system is based on GPRS and CDMA network platform, combined withGPRS communication main characteristics, take CDMA communication as redundancyto ensure uninterrupted communication, data security and reliable in the process of dataexchange.(2)This dissemination designed the system energy management hardwareintegration solution and wireless data transmission terminal, developed the energyprocess: to get more pure direct current, generator output three-phase alternating currentthrough the rectifier and filter processing, and then direct current must be processed bythe charging controller before recharge to the lithium batteries, made within the scope of13.8Vη60V DC can be charging the batteries. Lithium batteries provide24V directcurrent can be directly for the use of DC load buoy, also can be converted to AC withrated frequency and amplitude by the inverter, and supplied power for the AC load. Thesystem achieved the site power generation equipment data transmission by used GPRS-DTU wireless transmission equipment and the intelligent DC electric meter whichconnected by485Bus.(3)The system data transmission based on Modbus protocol, researched thecommunication protocols and RTU transmission mode, completed the communicationbetween wireless terminals and the intelligent instrument through this protocol, thenread the current data, voltage data and power data that outputted by generator.(4)This dissemination designed the system monitoring center software. Included:①Based on the characteristics and advantage of the Visual Basic developmentenvironment, completed communication between two computer used the Winsockcontrols provided by VB.②System login interface and monitoring system maininterface, on the main interface contains setting and display the computer IP address andport, historical data curve and real-time data curve display.③How to set up the Accessdatabase, saved the on-site power generation equipment data information to the Accessdatabase and how to add ADO controls on the VB interface to read the data whichstorage in the database,In this paper designed an ocean wave energy power generation remote monitoringsystem based on the GPRS wireless communication technology completed the mainparameters acquisition for the power supply outputted by generator. Collected data was transmitted to school data center by the pattern of wireless communication. Measuredthe best work curve of the generator in the state of power generation under the marineenvironment conditions, and then based on the analysis for the historical data andreal-time data (voltage, current, power), judged the motor work state, determined thebest load would be inputted. The system break through the distance limitation, realizedthe remote terminal power generation device information acquisition and operation, atthe same time, the managers or operators will master the power generation work state inany place, and the system has advantage of low cost, simple structure and easy tooperate. On the calculation and analysis of large amounts of data that had been collectedfrom the site, it is concluded that this system has good stability and practicability.
