In recent years, with the country’s economic development, the role of logistics inthe national economy is growing. How quickly and effectively carry out logistics andinformation management has become a new challenges of logistics enterprises. butcompared with foreign advanced level of development of logistics and distributionindustry, as well as the needs of the rapid expansion of China’s retail industry isconcerned, Chinese logistics and distribution center there is a clear lack ofinformation level, and continue with regard to delivery technology, is mainlymanifested in the low level of informationization, distribution center construction isnot reasonable, spatial data management, etc.To deal with the above-mentioned problems, This paper studies the followingpoints:(1). The mode of Cloud GIS binding wth logistics. This paper mainly studies thedifferences between traditional GIS and cloud GIS,and analyzes the advantages ofCloud GIS binding wth logistics.(2) The dynamic loading and showing of cloud pictures in internet.Call themulti-resolution quad-tree data according to the indexing mechanism based on storagetiering and block ideas.(3) Logistics shortest path algorithm. This paper focuses on the Dijkstraalgorithm and the A*algorithm, and a comparative analysis of both efficiency, A*algorithm has the better efficiency than Dijkstra algorithm on wayfinding.(4) The design and development.of GIS cloud distribution routing system. The system achieves cloud map display and seamless roaming using loadingreal-time network map tiles. Logistics information database achieves the entry, query, modify operations to facilitate the logistics information management. In the third ringarea of xuhou, road network data was established. Dijkstra algorithm and the A*algorithm, respectively, were achieved. The system also implements remind pickingby order’s time to achieve logistics distribution. The system provides some commonfunctions, such as distance measurement, area calculation, etc. With the developmentof computer technology, network technology, Cloud GIS technology will be widelyused in various industries.
