To make the new data providedby every usercan useful for the system as another way of update the system data,and show the information as the user want.The user can use camera,mobile,phone or pad to get spatial data,then upload these have spatial information data to the service by the internet.The system’s master test these information,and insert these data to the database.The paper main study contentis,summarize the define of VGI used and development and problem, find a new way to get the VGI’s data and content,discues show to combine the result of VGI’s data to public GIS,and build a system that based on WebGIS to come true the theory.
