Growing greenhouse gas emissions that cause climate warming and other environmental issues continue to highlight,Carbon sink function of forests in mitigating the effects of climate warming has an important role. Vegetation net primary productivity (net primary productivity, referred to as NPP) refers to the organic matter content of green plants have accumulated in the unit area, within, as the organic carbon fixation in photosynthesis respiration deduction itself part, this part is used for vegetation growth and reproductive, net primary productivity. Net primary productivity of ecosystems is to determine the main factors regulating carbon sequestration and ecological processes, through the estimation of vegetation net primary productivity, as well as to analyze the spatial and temporal changes in the factors affecting the ecological carrying capacity of the environment and ecological systems is significant carbon sinks.This study selected a comprehensive model, the use of Heilongjiang Province and Jilin, Inner Mongolia, a total of37meteorological stations in the daily meteorological data2001-2012, Calculation of meteorological stations in vegetation net primary productivity data (NPP), Using Kriging interpolation method to calculate the year in all regions of Heilongjiang Province NPP data. By geographic information systems and statistical methods for data analysis in Heilongjiang Province NPP found that Massive distribution is showed slow growth trend of fluctuations in the time space was on the NPP. Contrast Heilongjiang precipitation data for the same period, NPP spatial and temporal variation consistent with precipitation, indicating Heilongjiang NPP affected by precipitation obviously.Using NPP data obtained by interpolation, based on Three-tier architecture WebGIS of B/S structure, Using Silverlight RIA client solutions, In Visual Studio development tools, ArcGIS Server GIS services platform for the development of Heilongjiang Province ecosystem carbon sink analysis system.The system provides many functions in various parts of Heilongjiang Province, the vegetation net primary productivity of query, analysis, statistics, calculation, data management etc, it can management NPP mformationScientifically and Normatively. research can assist carbon sinks and other related direction。...
