Design And Implementation Of WebGIS Off In The Middle Of The Weihe River Water Environment Integrated Office System

Being the largest tributary of the Yellow River, Weihe River is the typical representative of laden river that flows through the economically underdeveloped and seriously water shortage regions in western China. Due to the serious water pollution, Weihe River has brought significant negative impacts on the regional ecological environment as well as neighboring residents’ daily lives. Based on the3G technology, the establishment of Weihe Water Pollution intelligent database and the development of Weihe Water Pollution intelligent management system would help achieve real-time retrieving monitoring data, and simulate water quality and source tracing. However, new demand of cross-platform office and paperless office is raised by staff of environmental protection department. With the development of computer network technology, the department of environmental protection can cooperate with other departments by cross-platform to complete the effective management of pollution sources.Based on the geographic information system, computer network technology and database technology, the dissertation aims to:(1) build the management system using Java, MySQL database and Spring framework, and improve the existing function of map operation;(2) have such functions implemented in the browser as map operation, spatial information and attribute information query, using the ArcGIS REST service;(3) achieve the access to the database of Java and achieve the visualization database access for users by the use of JDBC;(4) Add JBPM engine to extend the existing system to make water environment management paperless.
