This article from the National High Technology Research and DevelopmentProgram(863Program)(ID:2013AA031306):The composite technology of Torquaystructural materials and Application in the manufacture of high-pressure pipe. Newconsisting of a layer of glass fiber reinforced plastic inner tube, stiffness layer of newPVA concrete, GFRP prestressed layer composite pipe structure-Torquay compositetube was been designed in this paper. Certain research of the new pipeline was beencarried outThe main results of the work are as follows:(1) Focus on the performance of the new material of PVA concret. And thecomparison between the PVA concrete and the general concrete. Such as uniaxialtensile and compressive constitutive,uniaxial tensile,elastic modulus,shrinkage strainand creep strain. The research of multiple cracking and better ductility of PVAconcrete,Finding the theory basis of the crack criterion of the new pipeline.(2) From the perspective of pipeline design,some algorithms that can be used inthe design The pipe cross-section based on the distribution and support reaction forcewrap angle distribution as a result of loads that include backfill load, live load floor,tube fluid weight, tube weight and other external load. Axial force, bending moment,shear force distribution of the cross section of pipe according to external load. Thecross section of pipe stress distribution in the material layer and prestressing ofconcrete after shrinkage, creep pipeline after the stress distribution of the materiallayer caused by the initial prestress.And the stress calculations method of eachmaterial layer under the external load.(3) Refering to load case and design criteria in the norms of AWWAC304andCECS140,Combining the mechanical property of the PVA concrete, then give thedesign criteria of the new the new PVA concrete of multi-matrix composite pipe.
