Based on monitoring data feedback and numerical simulation is the basic merhod for dynamic design and construction.In this paper, taking the Huangtukan Landslide in Danba County as a project relying and basing on drilling、trenching and other field and laboratory test instruments to get relevant data such as geological structure, lithology and geotechnical parameters to analysis the monitoring data and discuss the method of dynamic design and informational construction which used in Danba slide.When design and evaluate the stability of the Landslide,the most important geotechnical parameter is the shear strength of sliding soil,that is c and ρ. Comprehensively determine the geotechnical parameters by laboratory experiments and numerical inversion is the main method at present.In this paper, we get the slide zone soil strength parameters in line with the actual of Landslide by basing on the theory of point safety factor and modeling the typical profile of Landslide and using numerical analysis software FLAC3D which base on the finite difference method. According to the Landslide monitoring designs and some standards,we arrange surface displacements steel stress、anchor stress and so on in Landslide regional,and analysis the deformation of Landslide and the force of the retaining structure by monitoring data processing, so as to warn construction security.In the end, according to the monitoring data and numerical analysis of some profiles,we apply the theory and idea of dynamic design and construction to tle Landslide of Danba and discuss the basic methods and application process in detail.Finally,this paper also makes some suggest for Landslide design and evaluation,in the hope to provide a reference for future similar projects.
