The System Innovation On The Fields Of Social Technology Philosophy

Xin Jinping, General Secretary of the communist party of China, president and chairman of the Central Military Commission delivered an important speech which was held in the auditorium of the CPPCC to celebrate the 65 th anniversary of the establishment of Chinese People Consultative Conference. He emphasized that the CPPCC should be an important form of people’s democracy. The CPPCC should adapt to the requirements of the governance systems promotion and the modernization, persist in reform and innovation, promote the CPPCC theory, system and work innovation, diverse forms of democracy, smooth democratic channels, effectively organize political parties, groups, ethnic various strata, all walks of life to jointly promote and realize the widespread and effective people’s democracy.With science technology changing and updating,the social interactions of people are closer and the relationships followed by the interactions are more various, therefore, system, as the product of daily life process, is more important to the social production and orderly life. In this paper, system innovation plays an important role in rapid economic growing and social advancing.The paper which attempts to philosophical research on system innovation, explores to a system innovation theory from the field of social technology philosophy,researches the relationships between system and social technology system on the basis of the essence of system innovation and social technology, clarifies that system should be a sort of existing form and system innovation should be an important part of social technology innovation, analyzes the main body of the people, interest groups and government in the system of the social technology philosophy, discusses the power of system innovation, including the fundamental power from the basic contradiction of the society, the direct power from the profit-driven,the rational power from the theoretical innovation, deepens the value of system innovation which adheres to the people-oriented, promotes the spirit of freedom, and realizes the coordinated development of man and society.Dynamic social technology is a means which is the primary driving force to the reform and innovation;However the fundamental system beneficial to the innovation of social technology is innovated, it will react to social technology to be the decisive impetus.
