On this basis, to further analysis of intrinsic properties, to get the technical properties, the value of the technology, and the relationship between the technology and science, etc.Technology as a potential and productivity in the form of theory, its for the promotion of society, promoting effect is obvious. Technology not only created enormous material wealth for human being, it will change mode of labor, to change the whole social production relations. At the same time, the society for technical generation and development is also have a profound impact. Social politics, economy, culture and so on various aspects will have a direct impact on the production and technology development, the social shape and select the technologies. As the second chapter of this article, also is the core of this paper.
